My new year's resolution this year is to explore more than ever. 2016 was an eventful year and the highlight of that was definitely traveling solo to Chicago. While on this trip, I realized how amazing it is to travel alone and really step outside of your comfort zone. I also discovered that I love downtown areas more than anything. It's the hustle and bustle, the fast pace and workaholic vibe. It's just something about it really drives me. And this year I want to adventure to many different downtown areas, hence Faith Zebra on the town!
Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of visiting Downtown, Birmingham with my lovely brother. He also snapped all of the pics, so big ups to him!
To start off, I just want to say BRRRRR 5000 times because it was literally freezing. I think it was around 9 degrees or something ridiculous like that. My fingers were stiff, red, and frozen under my gloves, so I was in need of a Starbucks run. I actually ended up getting my Grande Chai Latte for free, so that was an absolute SCORE!
Pretty much the rest of the excursion was spent going in and out of stores solely for heat purposes because I quite frankly, was not in the buying mood. The whole trip was a little short-lived because of the weather, but I must say we got great pictures. And the best part of it all was spending quality time with the world's best brother.
This is my very first time that I am visiting here and I’m truly pleasurable to see everything at one place.
