Let's talk skin: Trying New Products from Bio Clarity, Summer Fridays, and E.L.F.

Good skin, good vibes. Am I right? Or, Am I right!? Anyways I'm writing this soo excited because today's a Wednesday and I just loved on my skin so hard tonight. Gave it a little bit of a pore mask, a good cleansing, used an Essence, hydrating mask, and lip mask. This is such a weekday win for me!


We went all out tonight and I couldn't be more excited to say I am loving all the new products I've got this month. My skin is literally out here glowing, and feeling so so happy. Let's get into all of these amazing products I tried.


The first thing that I did is cleansed my skin with just normal Noxzema. I honestly love this stuff. I've tried a lot of other higher-end face washes, but personally, none of them feel as moisturizing as this to me. My dad uses it, I use it. I don't know, I just love how it makes my skin feel.


Next, I used a product that I'm super excited to talk about. I used the Bio Clarity Clarifying Masque Pore Purifier. I recently had this product gifted to me, and I've become instantly obsessed. This is just a mask that you know is doing the work. My skin and my pores feel so clean, and refreshed.

Now, when I say this mask gets TIGHT! I mean it gets TIGHT! But there's no denying that it's doing its job and getting skin deep in those pores lol. As the directions advise, I left mine on for around 20 minutes and then I rinsed it off with warm water. Super easy! And I love that it has a longer sit time because you can really unwind get through a good portion of a book in 20 minutes. So I love that! Oh, also want to mention that I applied the mask with a new brush I bought from E.L.F. It's the Pore Refining Brush and Mask Tool. I used the silicone mask end, and I loved the way it applied my mask so evenly.

After I rinsed the mask off, I ended up using a product that I've had for a while which is the Rovectin Skin Essentials Activating Treatment Lotion. It's a facial Essence and it's great for hydration. If you're not familiar with a facial Essence, it's basically a product that gives you an extra layer of hydration. I put it on after cleansing, but before moisturizing. I don't do this all the time, cause I usually forget, but if you struggle with hydration, a facial essence will for sure give you that needed boost.

Now, for my fave part...moisterizing. I'm normally super dry so moisturizing my face is always my fave part and the most essential.  I literally just got a package from Summer Fridays in the mail, and I ordered their famous Jet Lag Mask and their new Lip Butter Balm. When I tell you I have been wanting to try the Jet Lag mask for AGES! I can't even count how many times I've thought about grabbing it, but just never did. I'm so thankful my mom gifted me some skincare products for my Bday, and these two might become my new faves. Honestly, so far I am loving this mask. It instantly feels hydrating, but it's not too heavy. It says to leave it on for 10 minutes and blot if needed. And the very best part is that there's no-rinse needed.

Lastly, I finished off my self-care party with the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm. Let me just say, the packaging is soo freaking cute. The lip balm still feels really moisturizing even now as I'm typing this, and I applied it at least 30 minutes ago. So, the balm definitely has great staying power. I definitely want to try it out a little while before I give my full review. But right now it's all positivity over here. I will say, it seemed to come out really fast out of the tube, and almost caused me to lose a little bit of product, but I managed.

Overall, my skin looks and feels so bomb! It's smooth and hydrating, and I'm just so happy with all of the products. I'll definitely provide further updates on how I feel about these products soon. Let me know what products you've been loving in the comments below!
